I saw this project from Volos’ youtube channel and had to try it. I dont have the midi synthesizer module but I was just working on a Yamaha DB50XG so why not make a midi out driver. It worked pretty good
Next I made a box that screws to the back of the display and holds a 5pin Din jack
I made a few changes to his code but mostly for easily changing the midi pins, channel and notes. You can find my changes here: https://github.com/rjkorn/DrumMachine
