I had made a similar Breakout for my Picoscope but with the AD2 I can use it power supply output and not have to add a battery inside.
The nice part about this is it allows me to power up some 5V sensor modules easily throught the banana jacks and 1/4 phone jacks. It also has BNC connectors for completeness.
The switches allow for pullup/floating/pulldown termination on each channel.
Its a simple enough schematic to hand wire….
