Grippo Fuel Injector tester clone<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_4931.jpg\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It has lm1949 peak and hold drivers that work great with the low Z TBI injectors<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_4932.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Found a few more hiding under a bench. even a&nbsp; Rochester 1 bbl from a 1984 Fiero with the iron duke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5025.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5027.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>and a few pulls from my wife&#8217;s car that need to be flow tested to see if they have any hope for life&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5306.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5310.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I figured I&#8217;d go digital this time rather than using dip switches to select the pulse duration and count.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5369.jpg\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\">First thing was to print a case that would hold a protoboard and a sainsmart lcd keypad shield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5431.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5432.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5432.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I used an UNO to create the firmware but didn&#8217;t want to waste a real UNO&#8217;s USB hardware on a project that would never use it so I took a&nbsp; mega protoshield and make my own controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5433.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5438.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5439.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5440.jpg\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\">It fits together pretty well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/FI_Tester\/IMG_5441.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I added a fuel pump control line so it could control&nbsp;
