Most have their own chargers but I wanted a way to use my iMax RC charger with these cells so I&nbsp; 3D printed this holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/3d_tips\/cases\/Screen%20Shot2.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It fit the cell pretty good on the first try. They do sell battery holders for these cells but they are molded tightly to the cell and removing the cell can be difficult. I wanted somehting that would let me easily pull the cell out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/3d_tips\/cases\/IMG_4071.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I took the spring from a AA battery holder and used a couple of screws to make the terminal posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/3d_tips\/cases\/IMG_4070.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now its easy to quick charge one of these cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/es.pratt.edu\/Commons\/Images\/3d_tips\/cases\/IMG_4072.JPG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The files can be found here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>https:\/\/github.com\/rjkorn\/Lithium_Battery_Holder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I broke one of the sleeves that come with the Cree flashlights so I made a new one on the 3D printer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The files can be found here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>https:\/\/github.com\/rjkorn\/Lithium_Battery_Sleeve<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have a bunch of things that use 18650 Lithium cells.
